(pregnant with #1 and Daddy can’t wait to get out surfing with him/her, mommy is also having a hard time thinking about this summer without surfing with daddy…)
We had a wonderful friend here in China, who is actually the leader of our service team – and he was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. He is an absolute fantastic guy, talented, and successful.
He wishes he’d been diagnosed as a child so his parents could have understood his frustrations in school, but he has not let it limit him in any way.
God has a wonderful, amazing plan for YOU James, and he has created you uniquely for it. Keep riding those waves!

Way to go, James! I am so very impressed, not only that you were riding, but that you paddled back out! Good for you! I am encouraged and inspired by your attitude! Warmly, Karen

My kids surf almost every day. Whenever they think of giving up they remember a quote I tell them all the time about tenacity: ” It’s not whether you get knocked down; it’s whether you get up!” Good for you James, you’ve got tenacity!
