Here I am singing up a made-up song about Chicharron de Chancho with one of my twins. Do you know what Chicharron de Chancho is? (Hint: a favorite food item in Bolivia!)

    EE, in New Mexico Chicharrones are pork fatback deep fried and usually slapped into a pinto bean burrito with cheddar cheese and chile verde!
