Book Review & Giveaway!! "The Council of Dads" by Bruce Feiler

This inspiring book, "The Council of Dads," was written by a brave father battling a terrible, aggressive cancer. In an effort to provide positive male role models for his twin girls, he gathered a group of close friends together and asked them to be there for his daughters when he was gone. This book is filled with those deep, meaning-of-life moments--the kind that make you want to take more time to appreciate life and those around you. Bruce's insights into what really matters was heartfelt and inspiring. It made me want to be a better person and a more present parent.

I read this book before drifting off to sleep each night and it was the perfect way to end each day. The gentle life lessons that Bruce lovingly writes about in each chapter were a good reminder not to take anything for granted.

If you're looking for an uplifting, encouraging book to read this summer, this book tops my suggestion list. Wanna get the book for free?
